Add quality profile option #1

Add a -k | --quality option with diffrent profiles

1 HIGH QUALITY [default]
2 LOW QUALITY
3 AGGRESSIVE
4 VERY AGGRESIVE

The standard options (\ebook, \prepress, \screen) have weird settings that do not fit exactly what we would like to do and it would be more wise to rewrite them entierly.
