Jouni Malinen 7eb06a3369 DPP2: Allow multiple Config Objects to be build on Configurator 
Special @CONF-OBJ-SEP@ string can now be used as a DPP configuration
string value to split the string into two different components to
configure two Config Objects for an Enrollee.

wpa_supplicant and hostapd

Source code files were moved around in v0.6.x releases and compared to
earlier releases, the programs are now built by first going to a
subdirectory (wpa_supplicant or hostapd) and creating build
configuration (.config) and running 'make' there (for Linux/BSD/cygwin
builds).
