WEP should not be used for anything anymore. As a step towards removing
it completely, move all WEP related functionality to be within
CONFIG_WEP blocks. This will be included in builds only if CONFIG_WEP=y
is explicitly set in build configuration.

Hardcoded CONFIG_IEEE80211N to be included to clean up implementation.
More or less all new devices support IEEE 802.11n (HT) and there is not
much need for being able to remove that functionality from the build.
Included this unconditionally to get rid of one more build options and
to keep things simpler.

IEEE Std 802.11F-2003 was withdrawn in 2006 and as such it has not been
maintained nor is there any expectation of the withdrawn trial-use
recommended practice to be maintained in the future. Furthermore,
implementation of IAPP in hostapd was not complete, i.e., only parts of
the recommended practice were included. The main item of some real use
long time ago was the Layer 2 Update frame to update bridges when a STA
roams within an ESS, but that functionality has, in practice, been moved
to kernel drivers to provide better integration with the networking
stack.

Hardcode this to be defined and remove the separate build options for
PMF since this functionality is needed with large number of newer
protocol extensions and is also something that should be enabled in all
WPA2/WPA3 networks.

This makes it easier to post-process frame capture files if frames need
to be decrypted in test cases that do not configure wlantest with the
PMK directly (i.e., mainly the cases when a RADIUS server is used).

This is needed for ap_vlan_tagged_wpa2_radius_id_change to pass. The
ioctl-based vlan_add() function does not use the vlan_if_name parameter
at all.

This tests RP EAP-Initiate/Re-auth-Start transmission, ERP key
derivation, and EAP-Initiate/Re-auth + EAP-Finish/Re-auth exchange and
rMSK derivation.

This was still present in hostapd example configuration even though the
test driver wrapper is not used anywhere in the hwsim testing and there
are no plans of using it either.

The example IMV and IMC used for TNC testing has references to
wpa_printf and other functions from hostapd/wpa_supplicant. Link the
binaries in a way that allows these symbols to be resolved while loading
the libraries at run time.

Extend EAP-SIM/AKA/AKA' test coverage by setting up another
authentication server instance to store dynamic SIM/AKA/AKA' information
into an SQLite database. This allows the stored reauth/pseudonym data to
be modified on the server side and by doing so, allows testing fallback
from reauth to pseudonym/permanent identity.

CONFIG_MODULE_TESTS=y build option can now be used to build in module
tests into hostapd and wpa_supplicant binaries. These test cases will be
used to get better testing coverage for various details that are
difficult to test otherwise through the control interface control. A
single control interface command is used to executed these tests within
the hwsim test framework. This commit adds just the new mechanism, but no
module tests are yet integrated into this mechanism.

Just like wpa_supplicant, give hostapd the -T option to
send all debug messages into the Linux tracing buffer.
Enable this option for hwsim test builds by default.
