The previously used normal data TX depends on undefined driver behavior
after all keys have been removed. That may not be available, so do this
more properly with frame injection through a monitor interface.

tests as remote compatible.

Pass apdev param to hostapd.add_bss(). Kill hardcoded phy param and get
phy base on apdev. These are needed to support operation with a remote
test host.

Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].
This step (1) converts the cases where apdev[#]['ifname'] was used as
the argument to hostapd.add_ap().

Do not leave the station trying to connect at the end of the test case
since that can have an effect to the following test case. Such sequences
should be tested in test cases that are specifically designed for that
rather than randomly between test cases.

Only run-tests.py is actually executed, so there is no need to specify
the interpreter in all the helper files and test script files.
