This makes the debug log easier to understand and avoids leaving large
number of pending messages into the wpa_supplicant control interface
sockets.

control interface to support configurations that use a dedicated P2P
Device interface.

Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].
This step (1) converts the cases where apdev[#]['ifname'] was used as
the argument to hostapd.add_ap().

When MCC is enabled, the remain of channel scheduling might
incur additional delays, so increase the timeouts to be able
to receive delays frames.

This verifies that the corner case of a duplicated, retransmitted
Invitation Response frame ends up being dropped instead of being
processed twice for the case of Invitation Request getting resend with
social channel as an operating channel in case of no common channels
found.

The 50 ms wait time for Action frame response was not sufficient when
the tests are run under heavy load (e.g., multiple VMs in parallel).

Wait for GO to start before sending invitation frames in the protocol
test. Without this, it was possible to hit the 5 second timeout on
management frame RX under load.
