WEP should not be used for anything anymore. As a step towards removing
it completely, move all WEP related functionality to be within
CONFIG_WEP blocks. This will be included in builds only if CONFIG_WEP=y
is explicitly set in build configuration.

It does not look like there would be two CTRL-EVENT-ASSOC-REJECT events
here, so only check the first one instead of requiring both to be
received with status_code=27. This test case could fail based on the
second connection attempt (due to that extra event wait) timing out.

Avoid an invalid failure case due to scan results being left behind from
connect_cmd_bssid_hint when executing connect_cmd_reject_assoc by
explicitly clearing the scan results from dev5. This fixes an error case
that happened with the following test case sequence:
connect_cmd_bssid_hint connect_cmd_reject_assoc

Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].
This step (1) converts the cases where apdev[#]['ifname'] was used as
the argument to hostapd.add_ap().

This test case used to leave the dynamically added wlan5 interface in a
state where it was still trying to reconnect to a network. This could
result in the following test cases being unable to clear the cfg80211
scan cache. Avoid this type of issues by explicitly stopping the
connection attempt and making sure that there are no scan results in the
cache at the end of connect_cmd_disconnect_event.
The following test case sequence triggered a failure due to the
remaining BSS table entry:
connect_cmd_disconnect_event connect_cmd_wep ap_hs20_random_mac_addr

Number of test cases did not read all control interface socket events
from the dynamically added wlan5 interface. This could result in hitting
maximum socket TX queue length and failures in the following test cases.

connect_cmd_roam did not force a new scan to find the second AP. This
could result in failures due to the ROAM command getting rejected, e.g.,
in the following test case sequence: wext_pmksa_cache connect_cmd_roam.

something else than local hwsim_test binary on the controller device.
