95d013f530 tests: Replace str.translate() with str.replace()
This is needed for python3 since the two argument version of
str.translate() is not available for unicode. Furthermore, these cases
of delete colons from the string are simple enough for replace.

8181c13a8d tests: Fix cfg80211_tx_frame test
In case that a dedicated P2P Device interface is used, a new interface
must be create for a P2P group. Thus, in order to send mgmt
frames, attach a new WpaSupplicant object to the newly created group
and use this object for sending the frames.

8b8a1864ff tests: Pass full apdev to add_ap() function (1)
Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].

This step (1) converts the cases where apdev[#]['ifname'] was used as
the argument to hostapd.add_ap().

2e1d7386e2 tests: Refactor tshark running
Refactor the code to run tshark into its own submodule. This allows
even remembering whether -Y or -R needs to be used for filtering.

older tshark version is used.

788dc17f8c tests: Use tshark -Y instead of tshark -R
Newer versions of tshark don't like the -R (read filter) argument
for filtering and just show a deprecation warning. Use -Y (display
filter) instead, which hopefully also works on older versions.

43c5bc94f5 tests: cfg80211 offchannel TX vs. operating channel
This test case shows an example case where an uncancelled offchannel TX
frame command seems to end up getting following CMD_FRAME TX operations
transmitting on incorrect channel.

9308d0a039 tests: Add initial cfg80211 test
This adds some helper definitions and functions to allow cfg80211 to be
tested with raw nl80211 messages built in the test scripts. The first
test case shows a case where station disassociates instead of
deauthenticates (which is the wpa_supplicant behavior).
