Jouni Malinen 0c5edededa DPP: Fix config exchange with gas_rand_mac_addr
Do not use a random MAC address for the GAS exchange that is used as
part of the DPP protocol exchange since that would break DPP.
Configurator expects the same MAC address to be used for DPP
Authentication exchange and DPP Configuration exchange (GAS).

Since the DPP Authentication exchange has already used the MAC address
configured on the interface, use of a random address for the GAS
exchange would not provide any additional privacy protection. If a
random MAC address needs to be used for this type of an exchange, that
random address would need to be first configured on the interface before
starting DPP exchange.

This does not change GAS query behavior for any other use case, i.e.,
the gas_rand_mac_addr configuration continues to apply to all the
Interworking/Hotspot 2.0 uses.

Jouni Malinen 02f52ab6f5 Use lchown() instead of chown() for self-created files
There is no need to allow symlink dereferencing in these cases where a
file (including directories and sockets) are created by the same
process, so use the safer lchown() variant to avoid leaving potential
windows for something external to replace the file before the chown()
call. The particular locations used here should not have write
permissions enabled for processes with less privileges, so this may not
be needed, but anyway, it is better to make these more restrictive
should there be cases where directory permissions are not as expected
for a good deployment.

used to check whether a specific extended capability bit is set instead
of having to implement bit parsing separately for each need.

Jouni Malinen ec2cf403b8 HS 2.0: As a STA, do not indicate release number greater than the AP
Hotspot 2.0 tech spec mandates mobile device to not indicate a release
number that is greater than the release number advertised by the AP. Add
this constraint to the HS 2.0 Indication element when adding this into
(Re)Association Request frame. The element in the Probe Request frame
continues to show the station's latest supported release number.

Jouni Malinen aca4d84e3d DPP: Use wildcard BSSID in GAS query frames
Force use of the wildcard BSSID address in GAS query frames with DPP
regardless of how the gas_address3 configuration parameter is set. DPP
specification mandates this and the use of GAS here is really outside
the context of a BSS, so using the wildcard BSSID makes sense even for
the corner case of Configurator running on a known AP (where IEEE 802.11
standard would allow the BSSID of the AP to be used).

Johannes Berg a1f11e34c4 Use os_memdup()
This leads to cleaner code overall, and also reduces the size
of the hostapd and wpa_supplicant binaries (in hwsim test build
on x86_64) by about 2.5 and 3.5KiB respectively.

The mechanical conversions all over the code were done with
the following spatch:

    @@
    expression SIZE, SRC;
    expression a;
    @@
    -a = os_malloc(SIZE);
    +a = os_memdup(SRC, SIZE);
    <...

2. Enable unsolicited Neighbor Advertisement filtering
3. Enable unicast IP packet encrypted with GTK filtering if
   DGAF disabled bit is zero

Jan Nordqvist 8dd5c1b4e9 HS 2.0: Add a command to retrieve icon with in-memory storage
This adds a new command based Hotspot 2.0 icon retrieval option.

In short, here is the new command sequence:
1. REQ_HS20_ICON <bssid> <file-name>
2. event: RX-HS20-ICON <bssid> <file-name> <size>
3. GET_HS20_ICON <bssid> <file-name> <offset> <size>
   (if needed, repeat with larger offset values until full icon is
   fetched)
5. DEL_HS20_ICON <bssid> <file-name>

REQ_HS20_ICON is a new command that is analogous to HS20_ICON_REQUEST
with the slight difference that an entry to store the icon in memory is
prepared. The RX-HS20-ICON event has been augmented with BSSID,
file-name and size, and GET_HS20_ICON is used to retrieve a chunk of up
to <size> bytes of icon data at offset <offset>. Each chunk is returned
as a base64 encoded fragment, preceded by "HS20-ICON-DATA", BSSID, and
file-name as well as the starting offset of the data.

If there is no entry prepared for the icon when the ANQP result comes
back, hs20_process_icon_binary_file falls back to legacy behavior.

Finally the DEL_HS20_ICON command deletes (all) icons associated with
BSSID and file-name (there could be several if retries are used and they
have different dialog tokens).

Matti Gottlieb 0c28071872 Fix sending ANQP request to an unknown BSS while associated
While being associated, if an ANQP request is received for a different
AP that doesn't exist in the BSS list, the ANQP request will be sent on
the frequency of the AP that we are currently associated to.

In such a case, it is possible that the ANQP request would be sent on
a channel different than that of the requested AP, potentially delaying
other requests/activities.

Avoid sending the ANQP request to an AP that is not in the BSS list.

Jouni Malinen 8266e6c6b4 HS 2.0: Try to use same BSS entry for storing GAS results
Commit 17b8995cf5 ('Interworking: Try to
use same BSS entry for storing GAS results') added a mechanism to try to
pair GAS request and response to a single BSS entry to cover cases where
multiple BSS entries may exists for the same BSSID. However, that commit
did not cover the Hotspot 2.0 ANQP elements. Extend this mechanism to
all ANQP elements. This can help in cases where information in the
Hotspot 2.0 specific ANQP elements got lost if a hidden SSID or some
other reason of duplicated BSS entries was present while doing ANQP
fetches.

Jouni Malinen 55a2df4389 HS 2.0: Include HS 2.0 Indication element only for HS 2.0 association
The Hotspot 2.0 specification seems to mandate this element to be
included in all (Re)Association Request frames if the station is Hotspot

like no TKIP use when this element is present. The design is really
supposed to include the indication element only for Hotspot 2.0
