defconfig: Enable DBus

Browse source 
Acquire the new name, along with introspection. This is generally useful
for other daemons to integrate with wpa_supplicant, notably
NetworkManager.

Debian and Fedora (and likely any other distro that configured wireless
via NetworkManager) enable this.
