P2PS: Re-factor p2p_buf_add_service_instance function
Add auxiliary functions to write a single advertised service info record into a wpabuf and to find P2PS wildcard hash in a received hash attribute. Re-factor p2p_buf_add_service_instance() function to allow adding new wildcard types in future commits.
