Add EDMG bandwidth to channel frequency APIs
Add EDMG bandwidth to CHANWIDTH_ defines. Update API ieee80211_freq_to_channel_ext() to support EDMG bandwidth for EDMG channels. Signed-off-by: Ahmad Masri <amasri@codeaurora.org>
