tests: Increase WPS connection timeout to make tests more robust
It was possible to hit the 10 second timeout in some test cases under heavy load (e.g., with large number of VMs running tests in parallel). These timeouts are not really indicating any real error, so make them less likely to show up in reports by increasing the connection timeout to 30 seconds.
