Enhance the qca_set_band enum values to be used as a bitmap
Also introduce a new attribute QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_SETBAND_MASK to carry this new bitmask enum. This attribute shall consider the bitmask combinations to define the respective band combinations and substitutes QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_SETBAND_VALUE. The old attribute use remains same as before. In addition, document the previously undocumented, but defined, QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SETBAND. Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <jouni@codeaurora.org>
