tests: Fix p2ps_channel_both_connected_same

I modified this test case for commit
eabf083984 ('tests: P2PS channel
handling') to use dev[2] instead of dev[0], but forgot to update the
p2ps_connect_p2ps_method() dev list to match that. Fix this to actually
use a concurrent connection.
