Add Wide Bandwidth Channel Switch element
When switching to a VHT channel with width greater than 20 MHz, add Wide Bandwidth Channel Switch element. This element is added in Beacon and Probe Response frames inside Channel Switch Wrapper element. Signed-off-by: Andrei Otcheretianski <andrei.otcheretianski@intel.com>
